What You Will Do

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Proactively develop candidate pipelines for key functions and skills. Provide an exceptional candidate experience and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

How You Will Do It

Utilize your expertise in recruitment to streamline the hiring process, ensuring timely and effective candidate selection. Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes. Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Execute and enhance the recruitment process to achieve KPI's and Time to Hire goals. Leverage multiple sourcing channels, strategic talent pipelines and AI enabled platforms.

What We Look For

Required:

Minimum of 5 years of agency or in-house recruitment experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful relationships. Ability to solve problems in the recruitment process and implement creative solutions. A consultative mindset and business partnering approach. Highly proficient in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter features to source top talent. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with attention to detail.

Preferred:

Fluent in Arabic. Experience in recruiting technical sales and engineering professionals. Emiratization hiring experience.
