Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team.
In this role, you will be partnering with the various business units to support end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning activities.
You will also be responsible for instigating short- and long-term strategies to successfully meet departmental requirements as well as maintain talent pools for future vacancies, ensuring a consistent pipeline of candidates are readily available to feed into the business as and when required.
In addition to this, and as part of our TA transformation, you would be looking after various process enhancement projects, finding new ways of working by leveraging technology to maximise efficiency and deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. Essentially, you would become a 'Champion for Change' within the Talent team at Damas.
We operate across the UAE and other GCC markets such as Saudi, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. For this reason, fluency in Arabic is essential.
