Position Overview
Al Futtaim Group is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment operations for designated business units across the UAE. This role plays a key part in delivering efficient hiring strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding across assigned divisions.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leadership during manpower planning to align hiring with strategic workforce goals.
  • Develop and execute hiring plans that address short- and long-term business requirements.
  • Provide proactive insights on labor market trends and candidate availability during strategic planning.
  • Lead sourcing efforts using job boards, ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet forecasted hiring needs.
  • Organize assessment centers, recruitment campaigns, and open days for bulk or specialized hiring.
  • Utilize assessment tools to ensure objective, merit-based selection decisions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports using Sniperhire and other ATS platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with Al Futtaim Group's recruitment policies, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to enhance recruitment efficiency, process alignment, and overall candidate experience.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Strong familiarity with UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), especially Sniperhire, and digital recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with attention to process improvement.
