A consultative TA approach is required and is a key part of the role, working with various partners including global colleagues and senior stakeholders. The TA Partner will join an agile, creative, and highly engaged team with high degree of ambitious autonomy. How You\xe2\x80\x99ll Make an Impact / Responsibilities
  • Responsible for implementing and managing end to end recruiting for Siemens Energy in the Middle East region.
  • Successfully covering the increasing hiring demand in the region and supporting stakeholders.
  • Extensive use of Application Tracking Systems is essential.
  • Taking ownership of recruiting projects, such as ramp ups in a country or recruiting drives.
  • Supporting and driving implementation of Siemens Energy TA global and regional projects.
  • Driving efforts to make Siemens Energy the employer of choice in the region.
  • Executing employer branding, university relations and localization initiatives in the region
  • Driving, monitoring, and continuously improving the performance of Talent Acquisition.
  • Understanding customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and going above and beyond to meet their expectations.
  • Working closely with all Siemens Energy HR units locally and globally.
What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities
  • Do you have a proven track record of successful recruitment delivery in a Technical, IT and Digital recruiting environment?
  • Have experience of implementing and leading people through change?
  • You should have excellent command of both written and spoken English with a Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the labour trends affecting the Middle East as well as some knowledge of the European markets.
  • Experience in implementing employer branding and strategic recruitment concepts.
  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment and supporter of diversity.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related subject.
  • Interest in a long-term career rather than a next step
  • Strong Negotiation, Influencing and Sales Skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills with Arabic language being preferred.
