Overview:
M42 Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an TA Operations Team Leader to manage interview scheduling, reporting and the full onboarding lifecycle after offer acceptance through to the employee's first day. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering a seamless, compliant, and timely onboarding experience by effectively managing the team to co-ordinate with internal stakeholders, licensing authorities, and government bodies. The role involves leading a team of public relations officers and onboarding coordinators, ensuring speed, consistency, regulatory compliance, and driving continuous process improvement supporting the Recruiters, and all stages of post offer acceptance activity.
You will be required to challenge the status quo and build a next gen, scalable process that aligns across all platforms utilising all available technologies and best practices. Responsibilities:
