Responsibilities

Source candidates through online platforms, job boards, referrals, and internal databases Screen resumes and contact potential candidates for initial assessments Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Follow up with candidates and keep them updated throughout the hiring process Maintain organized records of applicants and job postings Support company hiring goals and make sure roles are filled on time

Requirements

Can communicate well in English and Arabic Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Comfortable handling a high volume of applicants Able to identify strong profiles quickly Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines Works well with different departments
