Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Officer | Arabic Speaker, located in Abu Dhabi. The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for developing job descriptions, recruiting, interviewing, and assisting with hiring processes. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to meet the staffing needs of PSI. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Officer will play a key role in improving overall talent acquisition strategies and maintaining effective candidate relationships.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills and effective communication abilities Experience in Development Proficiency in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing processes Fluency in Arabic and English Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
