United Security Group is seeking a proactive and experienced
Talent Acquisition Officer
to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring we attract and hire top talent for our growing organization.Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage incoming CVs Screen candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit Schedule and conduct interviews Coordinate with department heads for recruitment needs Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
