v Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization\'s staffing needs and objectives v Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions v Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities v Utilize a variety of recruitment channels and techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including social media, networking events, job fairs, and employee referrals v Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment, and make recommendations for continuous improvement v Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment plans v Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding v Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters, including interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and selection criteria v Analyze recruitment metrics and data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions v Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements Qualifications: v Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred) v Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR in the REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY with at least 3 years UAE EXPERIENCE in a managerial or leadership role v Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and strategies v Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills v Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external partners v Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment v Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions v Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
