We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR professional to join our growing team.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
-End-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment
-Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
-Managing HR operations and employee records
-Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws
-Handling visas, contracts, leaves, and HR documentation
-engagement, performance tracking, and retention
-Coordinating with management on hiring needs
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of UAE labor laws is mandatory
-Highly empathetic, organized, and people-focused
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
