Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction, engineering, sales, leasing, and corporate roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and arrange technical interviews.
Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and candidate follow-up.
Maintain recruitment reports and ATS records.
Support employer branding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
2-4 years of recruitment experience (real estate preferred).
Strong sourcing and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring practices.
