About the role:

We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Recruiter with a solid background in both real estate and construction to support our talent acquisition strategy. This role is ideal for a highly networked professional who understands the unique demands of the property and construction sectors in the region. You will be responsible for attracting top talent to fill roles in property development, project management, construction supervision, and commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate and construction-related positions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, build job descriptions, and create effective sourcing strategies. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals (e.g. Bayt, Naukrigulf, GulfTalent), recruitment agencies, referrals, and events. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring alignment with both technical skills and company culture. Maintain and update candidate records. Monitor market trends and salary benchmarks specific to the UAE real estate developer and construction sectors. Build strong talent pipelines for high-priority roles and upcoming project needs.
Qualifications:

3-5+ years of recruitment experience in the UAE, with a strong focus on real estate and construction roles. Proven ability to recruit for roles such as project managers, quantity surveyors, architects, leasing executives, and property managers. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience using recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS platforms.
