Key Responsibilities
Post job ads and manage applications across online job portals
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for interviews
Follow up with shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews
Maintain a weekly hiring target as per company requirements
Keep internal databases and trackers updated with candidate progress
Work closely with management to understand hiring needs
Provide support for onboarding when required
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of recruitment experience
(real estate or agency preferred)
Comfortable with
target-based performance
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Must be able to
work independently
and handle pressure
Own visa preferred
(freelance/partner/spouse visa)
Contract-based position (with possibility of extension)
