We're seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, driving strategic employer branding initiatives, and ensuring exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process, ranging from sourcing to onboarding, within the leisure and entertainment industry. Manage a high-volume recruitment, ensuring roles are filled in a timely and efficient manner without compromising on quality. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates, streamline workflows, and manage recruitment data effectively. Recommend employer branding strategies, working to build and promote a strong employer value proposition to attract top talent in a competitive market. Conduct initial phone screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and provide insightful recommendations.

Key Requirements:

4-5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in high-volume hiring. (Preferred in-house recruitment) Extensive experience with ATS systems to streamline recruitment processes and maintain data accuracy. Demonstrated expertise in employer brandin
