Talent acquisition
refers to the strategic process of finding, attracting, selecting, and hiring skilled individuals to meet an organization's workforce needs. It's broader than traditional recruiting--talent acquisition often includes:Workforce planning
- Understanding current and future talent needs.Employer branding
- Promoting the company as a great place to work.Candidate sourcing
- Actively finding candidates through job boards, networking, social media, etc.Recruiting and interviewing
- Managing the selection process.Onboarding
- Integrating new hires into the company smoothly.Retention strategies
- Ensuring new talent stays and grows within the company.It's often a function within HR but closely aligned with business strategy and long-term goals.
Work Location: Abu Dhabi.
Salary: Will be discussed at the time of interview.
Immediately Joining
Should have Valid UAE License.
Should be be able to work under pressure.
F&B experience mandatory.
Language to be Known: Hindi, Malayalam, English.
