Job Description

Assist in creating compelling and accurate s, as per the requirements. Ensure adherence to approved Annual Workforce Plan, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team and Regional HRBPs. Assist in the preparation of Job Offer letters with all details (if required), in collaboration with the Recruiters & HRBPs. Ensure management and storage of all documents, files and records for confidentiality and appropriate access. Collaborate with business, RHRBPs, TA Lead, CoE and Recruiters for all recruitment activities, as per the requirements. Assist in managing job postings on various platforms, either internal or external. Assist in managing applications received from the job postings, in collaboration with the TA team. Ensure scheduling interviews (face-to-face / digital platforms / any other appropriate platform), as per the requirements. Ensure and manage new joiner onboarding in collaboration with the Regional HRBPs. Ensure and manage the collection and filing of appropriate pre joining documents and joining documents. Assist TA Lead in market benchmarking, market data and market intelligence. Stay updated on the latest Talent Acquisition practices and trends. Provide all assistance to TA team (as specified or as and when required). Ensure accurate and timely data population in SAP HRMS for leveraging. Attend all HR trainings, including trainings on SAP HRMS. Provide inputs / data on strategies, action plans, policies, procedures, practices to businesses, Regional HRBP, Store HR, CoEs and HR Head, as and when required. Prepare and provide periodic (as specified or as and when required) reports / presentations to businesses / Regional HRBP / Store HR / CoEs / HR Head.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
