This role will support the efficient and effective delivery of the Middle East Talent Acquisition growth strategy. This role requires the individual to manage a small number of positions and support all front-end Talent Acquisition activities such as vacancy advertisement, sourcing suitable candidates by reviewing and creating shortlists from applicants. This role will also support final stage Talent Acquisition activities with the coordination of offer issuance related activities to ensure a smooth pre-boarding process for the HR Team to manage once an offer is accepted. This role also offers a flexible home working arrangement.

What will you be doing \xe2\x80\xa6

Direct recruiting: Working in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Lead, manage a number of roles for the region

CV Shortlisting: Evaluate CVs to create shortlists of relevant applicants from our live vacancy advertisements and conduct brief pre-interview assessments to assess their qualifications and skills.

Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing candidates by utilising various sourcing strategies, including but not limited to:

Online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and other direct/indirect sourcing techniques to identify and attract suitable relevant candidates.

Talent Pool Management: Assist with and take ownership of the maintenance of Talent Pools of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Keep the candidate database up to date with accurate and relevant information.

Applicant Tracking and Data Management: Utilise and assist with maintaining accurate information on the company\'s applicant tracking system (ATS) to advertise vacancies, Add and manage candidate information, track recruitment activities, and generate reports as required.

Recruitment Support: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including maintaining Talent Acquisition Reports (excel), adding vacancies to the ATS, activating advertising on various job boards, drafting job descriptions and offer approval/offer letter creation and any other administrative related activity as required and advised of by line management.

Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to develop effective sourcing strategies and attract top talent.

Diversity and Equity: Working towards the achievement of our diversity and equity targets by ensuring we are implementing inclusive practices and sourcing diverse candidates.

What will I need to be successful....
  • Preferably a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Current experience of working in an \xe2\x80\x9cIn house\xe2\x80\x9d Talent Acquisition Team or Recruitment Agency resourcing or recruiting for Engineering Consultancies in the Middle East is mandatory.
  • Experience working in Professional Services and/or Engineering Consultancy disciplines is essential.
  • A working knowledge of UAE and KSA mobilisation and labour law is essential.
  • Proficiency in utilising LinkedIn, various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be organised and able to manage multiple priorities within agreed deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate candidate records and maintain data integrity
  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment-related software/tools is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support the overall objectives of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Excellent IT skills and proficient user of MS365 suite of applications (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read and write Arabic is desirable
