Provide administrative support and the necessary coordination for the Latin American Talent Acquisition team.
Ensure an excellent experience for the candidate, the hiring leader and the recruiter in relation to efficient communication and requested schedules.
Realization of the reservation of spaces in the agenda and scheduling of individual or panel interviews throughout the selection process, properly managing communication with candidates and interviewers.
Coordinate the corresponding dynamics or assessments.
Coordinate and work with other administrative teams if required.
Provide interview teams with the necessary information and materials required for the interview process.
Job Requirements:
Completed university degree.
Two years of experience coordinating or organizing areas, events or similar. As well as in administrative functions ideally linked to Human Resources and/or Recruitment and Selection.
Experience in managing ATS systems (applicant tracking systems) or CRMs. Desirable experience managing Workday.
