Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, social media, networking events, referrals, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for roles such as property consultants, office staff, and support roles.
Maintain and update candidate tracking using CRM or applicant tracking systems.
Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and future hiring needs.
HR Operations & People Development
Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
Organize training programs to enhance employee skills in compliance, real estate knowledge, and customer service.
Support performance management initiatives including reviews, KPIs, and development plans.
Assist in identifying high-potential talent for succession planning.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
Promote open communication and alignment between staff and leadership.
Organize team-building activities, engagement initiatives, and internal events.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation packages in line with UAE labor laws.
Ensure all HR practices comply with labor and visa regulations.
Content Creation & Employer Branding
Collaborate with marketing to create recruitment content (e.g., videos, reels, behind-the-scenes).
Be comfortable appearing on camera to represent the company culture and job opportunities on social media.
Help build a strong employer brand that attracts top real estate talent.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR/recruitment role, ideally in the Dubai real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and real estate job roles (off-plan and secondary market).
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable creating content and appearing on camera for social media and employer branding.
