T&D Manager talent acceleration manager

Our client: A Retail firm is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources professional to their team to manage the GCC market.

Your role: Leads the leadership development portfolio related to developing talent for future roles. Works closely with design team to build and update required learning assets to support business impact. Works directly with the business as an SME to provide consulting supporting and to build understanding of organizational needs. Works with head of leadership to define overall strategy for talent development to ensure impact. Design the high-level offering as the SME in this area - engages social learning to support in effective embedding and ongoing application beyond formal learning solutions. Can respond flexibility to customer requests enabling the organization to get the most from the development solutions available. Able to drive productivity through effective enrolling, completions, optimum utilization / fill of programs. Conducts regular reviews with extended team to seek opportunities to improve the impact of their solutions. Provides key insights to line manager and Director to support stakeholder engagement.

Must haves: 6 years in learning / talent development - 3 years in leadership development, specific experience of talent development. Collaboration, problem solving influencing and stakeholder management. Educational wise you will need a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and be fluent in English.
