Tailoring Superviser
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tailoring Supervisor to lead our tailoring and alterations team. The role includes supervising daily operations, assigning tasks, monitoring quality, and ensuring garments are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide tailors in day-to-day work.
Check garment quality, fitting, and finishing.
Manage schedules to meet for shop deadlines.
Handle customer fittings and provide alteration advice.
Maintain tailoring equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
Proven tailoring experience, with at least [2] years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabrics.
Leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
