We are looking for Shop Assistant Gents Tailoring in Ras Al Khaimah

With experience and knowledge as a Shop Assistant, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every customer has a pleasant shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the appearance of the store, handling transactions, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store. Provide product information and guidance to customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Sales:

Assist customers in selecting products, making recommendations as needed. Upsell products to increase sales revenue. Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register or POS system. Handle returns and exchanges according to store policy.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively. Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the store manager. Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.

Merchandising:

Ensure products are priced correctly and labeled clearly. Arrange and display products in a way that maximizes sales and enhances the shopping experience. Update promotional signage and displays as required.

General Duties:

Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately. Open and close the store as needed, ensuring all security procedures are followed. Assist with any other tasks as requested by the store manager or supervisor.
