We are seeking a detail-oriented

Tagging Executive

with hands-on experience in Jewellery tagging, SKU creation, and barcoding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate tagging of gold, diamond, and Jewellery products, ensuring compliance with company standards and smooth inventory movement.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Jewellery tagging and barcoding for gold, diamond, and jewellery items Create and update SKUs as per company tagging structure and ERP requirements Ensure accurate details on tags, including weight, purity, stone specifications, pricing, and product codes Coordinate with production, inventory, and sales teams for timely tagging Handle tagging for new designs, repairs, exchanges, and returned items Maintain proper documentation and tagging records Identify and report tagging discrepancies and support corrective actions Assist in stock audits and reconciliation between physical stock and system records Follow tagging SOPs, internal controls, and compliance standards
Requirements & Skills:

1-3 years of experience as a Tagging Executive in the Jewellery industry Knowledge of gold purity, diamond grading, gemstones, and Jewellery categories Basic understanding of SKU generation and barcode systems Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good coordination and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience in wholesale Jewellery operations is an added advantage
