What We're Looking For

A proven track record of 1-2 years in a Digital Marketing Role, E-Commerce, or Web Content Management in a Luxury Hotel or Nightlife environment in the UAE. Strong familiarity with Content Management System platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or Editor X is advantageous. Good understanding of technical Search Engine Optimisation, including indexing, crawlability, structured data, redirects, and Core Web Vitals. Comprehensive knowledge of on-page Search Engine Optimisation and Content Optimisation best practices. Demonstrated proficiency in working with Backend Tools for content updates, product uploads, and technical troubleshooting. Previous experience with Analytics and Tracking Tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Conversion API. The ability to perform Site Audits and provide Search Engine Optimisation analytics recommendations based on data. A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated. Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow 'FIVERs.' A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a 'Can-Do!' Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Manages backend updates and digital storefront maintenance across Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Editor X, and other Content Management System (CMS) platforms, ensuring a Seamless online experience that reflects the 'FIVE-Star' Standard. Uploads and refreshes Curated content, product listings, campaign banners, and Bespoke metadata across all websites and e-commerce platforms in line with FIVE's Aesthetic and Brand Tone. Monitors and fine-tunes the Technical Foundation of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), including sitemaps, schema markup, page speed, redirects, and structured data, all tailored to Drive Performance Visibility. Applies SEO Best Practices with precision, from on-page tagging and keyword strategy to image alt text and URL formatting, ensuring FIVE's Digital Content is discoverable, relevant, and magnetic. Implements, tests, and troubleshoots tracking and tagging systems using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversion Application Programming Interface (API), safeguarding Data Accuracy across campaigns. Tracks and analyses performance across Campaigns and Websites using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Manager, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, generating Dashboards that inform a bold Digital Strategy. Supports Room Distribution and E-Commerce projects, ensuring curated consistency across all Digital Distribution Platforms. Prepares regular Performance Reports and Analytics Summaries, offering action-oriented insights to drive exponential results and inform Cross-Functional decision-making. Stays plugged into the Latest digital performance trends, competitor tactics, algorithm updates, and SEO/analytics innovations to fuel FIVE's Digital Acceleration. Contributes to Disruptive digital transformation and automation projects designed to Elevate the Customer Journey and energise FIVE's E-Commerce experience.
