Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance
: Welcome and assist customers in selecting their preferred perfumes.

Product Knowledge:
Provide expert recommendations and demonstrations.

Sales & Targets:
Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
?
Transactions & After-Sales:
Handle payments, discounts, and customer inquiries.
?
Store Maintenance:
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment.
?
Company Standards:
Follow dress code, store procedures, and security protocols.
?
Teamwork & Updates:
Stay informed on new product launches and promotions while working collaboratively with the team.
Requirements:
?
Tagalog-speaking is required
?
Excellent communication & customer service skills
?
Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively
?
Highly organized with attention to detail
?
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
?
Prior experience in luxury retail or fragrance sales is a plus
?
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment
