Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary.
Maintain the front desk, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
Handle general queries related to school timings, admissions, and events.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain and update student records and staff databases.
Support the admissions process by managing inquiries, distributing forms, and maintaining admission files.
Draft and distribute letters, circulars, and other communications as needed.
Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and school events.
Maintain inventory of office and classroom supplies and place orders as needed.
Handle correspondence (email, mail, memos) in an organized and timely manner.
Assist the principal and academic coordinator in routine administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Previous experience in a school environment (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
Strong communication skills in
English and Urdu
(Arabic is a plus).
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of school administrative systems (preferred).
