Responsibilities Leadership Hiring IC role - handle talent needs & Business requirements from the MD Office catering to all the businesses in the group Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings Leading all sourcing strategies Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget Implement online and offline employer branding activities Required Graduate management degree min 8 yrs in search industry or corporate hiring in senior and mid-level in Hiring for industrial, real estate, engineering will be a big plus- Looking for candidates from India and Dubai market Experience: 8.00-11.00 Years
