Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

T24 Integration & Middleware Developer

with strong hands-on expertise in Temenos T24 integration layers, middleware technologies, and banking systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing interfaces between T24 and external/internal banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Development

Develop and maintain integrations between T24 and various banking systems using: +

OFS / OFSML

+

T24 Integration Framework (IF)

+

IRIS / TCServer

+

Web Services (SOAP/REST)

+

Middleware tools (ESB, API Gateways, MQ, etc.)

Middleware & API Management

Design, implement, and monitor middleware components for message routing, transformation, and orchestration. Deploy and configure services on middleware platforms (IBM MQ, Oracle SOA, MuleSoft, JBoss, or similar).

Technical Development

Customize and enhance T24 functions, local developments (LDs), and interface routines. Build new integration points and enhance existing ones based on business requirements.

System Support

Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and connectivity problems across T24 and middleware layers. Provide L2/L3 support for production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Quality & Documentation

Participate in SIT, UAT, and production rollouts. Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment guides. Ensure compliance with banking integration standards and security protocols.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience

in T24 integration and middleware development. Strong hands-on experience with

Temenos Integration Framework

, OFS, IRIS, or T24 APIs. Solid knowledge of

SOAP/RESTful APIs

, XML, JSON, XSLT, and message transformation. Experience with middleware technologies such as: + IBM MQ + Oracle SOA Suite
+ Mule ESB / MuleSoft
+ JBoss / Red Hat
+ WSO2
Strong understanding of

banking processes

, core banking concepts, and financial services workflows. Experience in troubleshooting end-to-end integrations across multiple systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with T24 AA, FT, LD, or other core modules. Familiarity with microservices architecture and API gateways. Experience with Linux-based environments. * Temenos certifications are a plus.
