IBM Integration Lead Developer
Experience: 8 - 10 Years
Technology: IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Department: Information Technology
Role Purpose
The IBM Integration Lead Developer will lead the design and hands-on development of enterprise integrations while providing technical guidance to the team. This role combines delivery ownership with strong development capability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead integration design and development activities
Develop complex message flows, exception handling, and transformations
Perform code reviews and quality assurance
Guide junior developers and support knowledge transfer
Coordinate with architects, application teams, and vendors
Own end-to-end delivery of integration components
Support production incidents and root cause analysis
Mandatory Skills & Experience
8-10 years of hands-on IBM IIB / ACE development
Strong integration design experience
Advanced ESQL development skills
Experience with high-volume, mission-critical banking integrations
Strong understanding of security, performance, and resiliency
Experience with version upgrades or migrations (IIB ? ACE) preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
IBM Integration certifications preferred
