Position Overview
As a T24 Technical Specialist at Dicetek LLC, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of core banking features on Temenos Transact. You'll work on complex integration projects, support end-to-end system functionality, and help ensure seamless core banking operations. Your expertise will contribute to high-availability systems and performance-tuned infrastructure across banking products.
What You'll Do

• Design and develop T24 Core Banking customizations, enhancements, and modules, especially AA and TPH
• Deliver interface development using APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and ISO8583 standards for ATM framework
• Handle release cycles, EOD (End of Day) operations, and production support
• Integrate T24 with third-party systems using TAFJ / TAFC / TAF.NET and the Integration Framework
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues across Temenos environments
• Support regulatory change implementations and ensure compliance in solution design
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and project managers to deliver scalable solutions
• Maintain and enhance platform stability, security, and integration with Oracle databases

Ideal Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Temenos T24 Core Banking (R22+ preferred)
• Strong hands-on skills in AA (Arrangement Architecture) and TPH (Temenos Payment Hub)
• Proficient in integration and interface development using APIs (SOAP/REST)
• Expert-level knowledge in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, JBASE, Unix/Linux, and Windows environments
• Familiarity with INFOBASIC, Java, IBM WebSphere (WAS), and IBM MQ
• Solid experience with ISO8583 (87/93) ATM Frameworks and EOD support
• Experience with performance tuning and core banking troubleshooting
• Prior experience with TAFJ/TAFC/TAF.NET and Integration Framework
• Ability to work independently in high-availability banking production environments
