The purpose of this role is to serve as a

Senior Support Specialist

, providing advanced functional and technical support for our cloud-based Temenos Transactcore banking platform run under SaaS model. The position focuses on key modules including

Arrangement Architecture (AA)

,

Temenos Payments Hub (TPH)

,

Funds Transfer

,

Teller

,

Securities

,

Data Warehouse (DW)

, and

Accounts

. The ideal candidate will bring

8-10 years of hands-on development and support experience

within the Temenos ecosystem, ensuring seamless system operations, ongoing optimization, and effective enhancements in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualification/ Experience

Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in technical or techno-functional support/implementation/development roles within the Temenos Transact (T24) core banking system with exposure in R20 or above releases. Previous experience of working with a bank in UAE will be added advantage.


?Module Specifics: Extensive, in-depth knowledge and practical experience with Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) and Temenos Payments Hub (TPH).

Technical Skills:

oProficiency in Temenos development tools/frameworks: jBASE, TAFJ/TAFC, InfoBasic programming, and Temenos APIs/Integration Frameworks (OFS, REST/SOAP APIs).


oKnowledge of SQL/jBase and windows environment for Temenos.


?Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of core banking operations, Islamic banking products (Wakala, Murabaha, Mudaraba, Ijarah etc), payment processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022, CRS, CPS, IFRS etc).


?Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes or effective workarounds.


?Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including business users, developers, and QA teams.


?Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

: Temenos certifications are a plus.
