Overview of position:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled & versatile Systems Implementation Lead to join our team. As a Systems Implementation Lead, you will play a crucial role in understanding complex systems, troubleshooting issues, training users on system functionalities & implementing the system effectively to end users. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth system transitions & providing exceptional technical support to both internal & external stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible to administer everyday work flow of all implementation processes & provide technical support to all users. You will be coordinating with the team to resolve all issues within required timeframe & provide support on implementation for team. You will also monitor all implementation related requests & provide technical support to end users on their system issues. You will also maintain constant contact with other departments to monitor daily progress for implementing various system to end users.
  • As an implementation lead, you must have good communication skills, training abilities, organisational & technical skills & the ability to work within deadlines.
System understanding & troubleshooting:
  • Gain a deep understanding of the system architecture, features & functionalities.
  • Identify & troubleshoot issues related to the system\'s implementation & usage.
  • Provide ongoing technical support & guidance to users, answering their queries & addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Conduct system tests & quality assurance checks to ensure proper functionality & adherence to requirements.
Quality assurance:
  • Design & execute test plans (manual & automated) & analyse the results.
  • Review the testing process, release cycle & ensure the functionalities are fully tested before release.
  • Actively analyse, debug & fix automated tests on a daily basis.
System implementation:
  • Coordinate with the Program Manager & stakeholders to plan & execute system implementations.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate end users on system functionalities & best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including user manuals & training presentations.
  • Evaluate end user requirements & tailor system implementation trainings accordingly.
Documentation & reporting:
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system implementation processes, user guides & troubleshooting procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on system implementation progress, issues & resolutions.
Project reporting:
  • This role reports to the Program Manager.
Education:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Work experience:
  • 3 - 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HRMS development & / or implementation.
  • 3 - 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Odoo ERP or any relevant Open ERP.
  • System implementation, quality assurance & user support.
  • Proficient understanding of complex systems & software components.
  • Developing & delivering training programs & materials.
Geographical experience:
  • Prior experience in Middle East & / or Africa is desired.
Languages:
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Fluency in Dari, Pashto, Spanish is desired.
Key competencies:
  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify & resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non technical users effectively.
  • Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Candidate should be meticulous & detail oriented, with an ability to identify & track bugs in software applications.
Team management:
  • This role has no team management responsibility.
