Job Description
To analyze system support needs of the business and organize in-house development and implementation software and its integration wherever necessary to ensure alignment of all business process to increase productivity and efficiency.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Review the prevailing business process of the company, identify the areas needing improvement, and
indigenously or by implementing third party software.
- Plan application development strategy in line with business requirements and provide the design
- Follow Company defined processes and techniques for project management, Software Development Life
- Develop the systems including workflows as per the user specifications and templates and in line with the
- Design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts
- Liaise with the business to ensure appropriate user acceptance testing is undertaken. Ensure appropriate
- Implement and maintain system solutions and organize its integration wherever necessary with existing
- Maintain and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of all systems under purview including troubleshooting
suggested in the program if required.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and encourage feedback from business operations to ascertain successful
team for requisite enhancements.
