SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR We are looking for a talented System Administrator to join our Technical Team to help maintain and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. The candidate should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly with patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. The ideal candidate's goal is to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. TASKS:

• Monitoring and administration of Windows servers, applications, databases & background services.
• Provide Email and systems configuration support.
• Monitor server load, disk space, memory usage, and service status.
• Troubleshoot issues with the server, desktop/laptop, and printer, fix them as and when they occur, and find the root cause.
• Optimizing processes.
• Provide support to harden servers and network against intrusion and provide required support and knowledge to clients.
• Maintain our documentation which includes procedures and policies.
• Manage internal backups and storage requirements.

Setting up architectures using cloud providers like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or others Managing security and access of cloud-based systems Migrating existing infrastructures to cloud-based systems Ongoing operational administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting Knowledge of cloud service providers Configuring cloud infrastructure components like networking and security services Monitoring cloud management and data storage services EXPERIENCE: Operating Systems: Must have experience in managing and supporting older versions of Windows and MAC operating systems along with the latest versions. Services - Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, FTP, POP, IMAP, SMTP, Domain Controller, Mail Server, Web Server. Databases: Microsoft SQL Server. Networking: LAN, WAN, VPN, must have hands-on experience in terminating and patching Ethernet cables (cat5e/6e), Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the network with regards to router, switch, and firewall. Hardware: Must have hands-on experience in setting up a server rack along with its components like patch panel, switch, router, firewall, NAS, SAN, PABX, Backup Tape Drive, KVM Switch, and physical servers/bare metal hypervisors. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. Software: Must have experience in installation, configuration, and management of any Service Desk/Incident Management System, Document Repository Tool, and Project Management Tool. Work Experience in Office 365 and Samsung Knox MDM. PABX: Must have hands-on experience in setting up a PABX with VOIP Phones. QUALIFICATION:

• 3 years of work experience in a systems administration role, managing an office's on-premises infrastructure and network.
• Bachelor's degree

• Basic knowledge or work experience in any cloud platform like Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Amazon AWS and assisting developers in setting up of development, test, or production environment for DotNet, PHP, Python, and Java applications with web/application servers like IIS, Nginx, Tomcat, Gunicorn, and databases like MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, SQLite would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
