The Systems Administrator - Dubai, UAE will manage, monitor, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, networks, databases, and applications. The role requires expertise in virtualization technologies, operating systems, VPNs, and system performance, ensuring stability, compliance, and seamless data flow across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement IT infrastructure projects and improvements
• Assess current systems to ensure best practices and compliance with policies
• Manage large-scale VPNs, troubleshoot connectivity, and ensure redundancy for offices and warehouses
• Administer server virtualization technologies including VMware, Red Hat Virtualization, or Oracle VM
• Monitor operating system performance for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS platforms
• Optimize databases, networks, applications, and servers for efficiency and stability
• Act as configuration manager to enforce processes for infrastructure promotion across environments
• Install and configure components on networks and servers to ensure compatibility across platforms
• Manage host environments including VMware, Cisco, Citrix, SAN, and directory services
• Share expertise across teams and support client projects such as studies and evaluations
• Lead integration of programs across organizational functions
• Resolve desktop, conferencing, and phone-related technical issues
• Ensure secure system operations and inter-application data transfers

Ideal Profile

• Strong experience in systems administration and IT infrastructure management
• Skilled in VPN administration and troubleshooting network issues
• Proficiency in VMware, Oracle VM, or Red Hat Virtualization
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments
• Knowledge of Cisco, Citrix, SAN, and directory services
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to lead integration across systems and teams
