- Bachelors degree (BS/BA) in IT, Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering or MIS related field.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own time to meet program needs
- Problem determination & resolution
- Good IT skills in a range of SW packages would be an advantage
- Red Hat Systems Administration
- Windows Systems Administration
- Virtualization Systems Administration
- VMware ESXi & vSphere
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- Storage (NAS, SAN or similar)
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Red Hat Identity Management (IdM)
- Windows Security permissions
- Knowledge of RedHat Linux and Unix Operating system
- Knowledge of Network Interfaces, Addressing, and naming services operation
- Knowledge of Computing and Networking Security Management Processes
- VMware Horizon
- VMware vSAN
- Windows Server 2012 & 2016
- Windows 10 & 7
- Centralized logging solutions
- Deployment Automation using DevOps tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef
- Application Servers JBoss, Tomcat
- VOIP systems such as Avaya and Quintron
