Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Systems Technician with a CCNA or Microsoft certification to join our dynamic IT team.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field, along with hands-on experience in network/IT management and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance of ELV/IT/Network/MEP/Radio system Tower climbing/working at height for the installation & Maintenance of security & Communication equipments Installation, Termination, configuration, commissioning & Testing of Electrical Equipment (HV/LV). Preventive & corrective maintenance of LV/HV systems Cable Pulling and piping related to the project/maintenance Material unloading, cleaning and required civil works related to the project/maintenance Material management and housekeeping Ready to work 24X7 (on call) to support maintenance task at site Walk down/Inspection of system with client Required to have good communication skill in English to coordinate with clients/other team members (IELTS 5.5 +Score) Ready to handle security system maintenance/installation at Site including RADIO, INTERCOM, ACMS, CCTV, RADAR, SONAR, X-RAY systems, Gate Barriers, Wedge Barriers, Sliding Gates etc. Ready to handle IT/Network/Cyber system maintenance/installation at Site along with other team members Ready to work in under pressure including Radiation controlled Area, working at height (like Tower, Scaffold, Ladder), Confined space, Tunnel as well as any other remote sites inside and outside UAE based on project requirements Follow all the safety procedures during the work and use proper PPE (warning letter will be issued for any safety violation with salary deduction) Reddy to work additional hours to fulfil project requirements (however company will pay overtime payment based on the type of job) Perform regular backups and restore data when required. Assist with network documentation, including diagrams, IP addressing schemes, and configuration logs. Collaborate with the IT team to plan and implement network improvements. Support network troubleshooting efforts by identifying issues and resolving them in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with internal and external network-related policies and standards. Participate in network-related projects as required, including upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. Certification: Valid CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification or MCSE/MCITP Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in network support or related field. Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches). Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs. Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and managing network hardware (Cisco routers, switches, firewalls). Strong understanding of network topologies, routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP), and subnetting. Familiarity with network security best practices and tools. Experience with wireless networking, VPNs, and remote access technologies. Good understanding of network-related operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.
