Design, Implementation & support of various IT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and software systems.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance and reliability.
Administer and support various IT systems, including Windows servers, Active Directory, Office 365 and other business applications.
Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection tools.
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly and effectively.
Plan and execute ICT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Evaluate and recommend ICT solutions and technologies that meet client requirements.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure Hardware, software and services.
Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with standards.
Configure and maintain Cisco and HP switching, Firewall implementation and WiFi Solutions
Installation, support, configure, maintain & upgrade corporate networks and Servers
Install & integrate new server hardware and applications
Proven experience and knowledge about CCTV, Bio-metric & Other ELV Systems
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
Proficiency in administering Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Office 365 administration.
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong technical proficiency in server administration, network infrastructure, and IT security.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft/Cisco certifications)
