Job Summary

The System Engineer will be responsible for deploying and supporting monitoring, smart infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AIOps solutions across cleanroom and datacenter environments. The role covers installation, configuration, data services, asset management, integration, and automation. The engineer must also build and continuously expand technical expertise in emerging domains like IoT, AIOps, RFID, e-waste, and secure data lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

1-Solution Deployment & Integration

Install and configure Monitoring and IoT sensors (e.g., AKCP, Room Alert) and dashboards for cleanroom and DC facilities. Develop dashboards and alerting using platforms such as Grafana, Power BI, and vendor-specific tools. Integrate systems via APIs with ITSM, DCIM, ticketing (e.g., Jira), and facility platforms (e.g., BMS). Setup alarm triggers and thresholds, and ensure redundancy.

& Dashboard Integration

Build API integrations between monitoring systems, ITSM, ticketing, or facility platforms. Develop or configure dashboards (e.g., Grafana, Power BI) and real-time views. Contribute to low-code or no-code automation flows and middleware where needed
3-Data Lifecycle & Recovery Services

Perform secure data wiping using BitRaser and similar tools. Provide data recovery, forensics, and backup strategy implementation. Maintain compliance with data security and privacy standards.

4-AIOps, Automation & Smart Monitoring

Integrate BMS, DCIM, ITSM, and IoT data sources into a centralized AIOps environment. Support automation, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance via AI models. Work with partners to deploy modular, scalable AIOps solutions customized per client needs. Work with partners to deliver predictive analytics, automation, and alert correlation. Enable sustainable operations using AI insights for energy and maintenance optimization.

Cybersecurity & Data Services

Deploy and maintain SASE, WAF, and DDoS protection solutions for WebNet Ally and customer environments. Perform data wiping using BitRaser and certified tools for secure data erasure. Manage HDD/SSD degaussing, destruction, and e-waste processing workflows. Ensure compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards for data handling and disposal. Integrate web security platforms into the overall monitoring and alerting system. Manage DDoS mitigation solutions to secure infrastructure and endpoints. Set up and tune Web Application Firewalls (WAF) for cleanroom and datacenter systems Deploy and configure SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solutions for secure remote access and policy enforcement.

7-Asset Management & RFID

Support end-to-end asset lifecycle management, tagging, RFID integration, and tracking. Ensure accurate inventory of cleanroom and datacenter assets, both physical and logical. Implement smart asset workflows and reporting tools aligned with ITIL/ISO standards.
8-ITC Delivery Support

Coordinate with system integrators for the implementation of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. Ensure that solutions meet SLAs, compliance, and uptime requirements.
9- Support & Documentation

Create SOPs, deployment documentation, and user manuals. Provide hands-on training and second-level technical support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent. Certifications Preferred: CompTIA Security+, Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA, Azure/AWS Security, ITIL, AKCP. Experience: 3+ years in monitoring, infrastructure, or cybersecurity role.

Required Skills

Hands-on with AKCP, Room Alert, or equivalent environmental monitoring systems. Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON, MQTT, SNMP, and Modbus. Knowledge of WAFs (e.g., Cloudflare, FortiWeb, AWS WAF) and DDoS protection tools. Familiarity with SASE platforms (Zscaler, Cisco Umbrella, FortiSASE, etc.). Experience with log analysis, SIEM, security hardening, and zero-trust access.
