You will work closely with stakeholders, including end-users, to gather and define requirements, and then translate these requirements into functional specifications for development teams. The role requires a strong understanding of both business processes and technical systems to ensure effective and efficient solutions. Responsibilities:Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed system requirements. Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather and analyze information. System Design: Design and document system architecture and workflow processes. Develop system models, diagrams, and prototypes to visualize solutions. Implementation: Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of system solutions. Provide support and guidance during the development and testing phases. Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet specified requirements. Identify and resolve issues and bugs in collaboration with the development team. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations. Develop user manuals and training materials as needed. Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in system modeling and design tools.
Knowledge of software development methodologies.
Familiarity with database management and design.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with specific programming languages or development frameworks.
Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Certified System Analyst).
