System Analyst
Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Design workflows, use cases, wireframes, and system models to document processes and interfaces.
- Support in designing intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX to enhance system usability.
- Monitor system performance to ensure stability, availability, and security.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for deployed solutions.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend system or UI/UX enhancements.
- Prepare reports, user manuals, and training documentation.
- 3-5 years of experience.
