As Omega Logistics acquires more customers, there is a need to have experienced multi-faceted Systems Analyst. This resource will support deployment of Infor WMS for Omega Logistics\xe2\x80\x99 Clients and also configure associated tools (crystal report, online portal, integration Development, Inventory Management for 3PL, cycle count app, et al) that will enhance productivity of Omega operations team and provide a reporting framework or mechanism to Clients as per their requirements.
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
Proficient and good understanding in INFOR WMS or related inventory management systems
Experience in 3PL requirements or related industries for managing system related issues on a daily basis
End user support on system and for the operations team handling activities at multiple sites
Customization of reports based on business/client requirements
Assisting in testing & development of new interfaces
Managing workflows & process for smooth functioning of customers and including layout design of warehouse sites to increase better productivity
Creating WMS user credentials and control the user Permissions.
Creation of Master Data for the system for the customer including SKU strategy, expiry, and Batch control settings
Generate monthly Billing report & PI Counting report and to audit a percentage of ASN\xe2\x80\x99s daily to ensure that the reports updated correctly
To oversee the measuring and reporting of the picking rates and accuracy of individuals and produce regular KPI\xe2\x80\x99s on pick performance, ASN Receipts, Stock Claims & Orders
Support the 3PL accounts with follow up from various internal departments on their requirement related to IT Hardware, additional equipment requirements and introducing efficiency in operations from a material requirement perspective
Ensuring operations team are complying with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies in administration of IT infrastructure/ facilities after review of new hardware and accessories; also assessing system requirements of Omega in terms of software, hardware and other peripherals/ products in lines with Omega Leadership team and coordinate with LMIT for procurement/ deployment and maintenance of the same.
Training staff in WMS functions and systems with regular sessions for updating new modules and functionalities that maybe introduced.
Analyzing the usage of tools and functionalities available in the applications deployed in Omega Logistics thereby driving efficiencies within the operations team.
Coordinating with LMIT for data backup activities management viz. restoration of data, randomly testing to strengthen the integrity of back-up data; driving the SLA committed for Omega Logistics and its clients.
Nurturing business relations with customers; ensuring full customer satisfaction with \xe2\x80\x9cEnd user Satisfaction Survey\xe2\x80\x9d
Candidate Basic Qualification and Criteria:
Expert in Infor. Good understanding of WMS.
Ability to identify customer needs (internal or external customers) by gathering information and developing tools to enhance productivity
Experience of handling customers and related IT/ process challenges.
Experience of issue resolution across multiple functions with a 3PL organization
Good understanding of 3PL industry and requirement
Well-developed communication skills
Development capability (especially SQL/ Excel/ API / Integration Tool (INFOR ION preferred)/ Reporting Tools (Crystal Report/ BIRT) etc.)
