Job Description

We're looking for an experienced engineer with a passion for automation to architect, develop, and maintain a fully automated infrastructure in on-prem and Oracle Cloud infrastructure (OCI) labs to test key Oracle products like Oracle Linux, UEK, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, implement, and maintain on-prem and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) infrastructure Troubleshoot hardware (servers, storage, network) and software (OS, kernel, virtualization, third-party tools) issues on a daily basis Improve monitoring and logging systems, and resolve raised alerts Communicate with internal customers QUALIFICATIONS: Strong knowledge of Linux OS Sysadmin experience in on-prem network (FiberChannel, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, proxy), storage (Oracle ZFS, iSCSI, RAID) Virtualization (OVM/XEN, KVM) and containerization Network installation (TFTP, PXE, anakonda, kickstart, netconsole) Shell automation Good knowledge of Deployment using Docker/Docker Swarm/Helm/Kubernetes and Terraform/Ansible/Puppet Monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus) Troubleshooting skills Nice to know GitLab and Jenkins CI/CD DR/HA OracleDB administration Python
