Job Title: Syrian Shawarma Chef / Cook

We are looking for an experienced Syrian Shawarma Chef to join our team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Syrian-style shawarma, including meat marinades, sauces, and serving techniques.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and marinate meat using traditional Syrian recipes
Cook and grill meat on vertical rotisserie
Prepare authentic garlic sauce (toum) and other traditional condiments
Assemble shawarma in Syrian style (bread, fillings, pickles, presentation)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a shawarma chef in Syria, UAE, or other Middle Eastern countries
Deep knowledge of authentic Syrian shawarma recipes and techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Photo or video samples of your cooking are highly preferred
Willingness to relocate to Tashkent, Uzbekistan
