Create traditional sauces such as tahini, garlic sauce, and hummus to accompany dishes.
Quality Control & Hygiene
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Inventory & Kitchen Management
Monitor inventory levels of shawarma ingredients and assist in ordering supplies.
Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and handling.
Team Collaboration & Training
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in shawarma preparation techniques.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Shawarma Chef or in a similar role.
