- The role will focus on identifying and realising opportunities for synergies across diverse portfolio companies. This will result in improved portfolio company performance and greater investment returns
- This firm has a broad investment remit and you will get the opportunity to work with a range of high-profile organizations. It deploys significant capital and has a vigorous throughput of deals which translates into the opportunity to drive synergies across large, multi-territory, complex businesses
- Due to the nature of this team, you will gain a relatively high degree of responsibility and autonomy from the outset
- Candidates will have a background advising international clients, gleaned from a top tier consulting firm
- The individual will have excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to problem solve, to identify patterns and to seek out best practice solutions
- Excellent quantitative and conceptual analytical techniques, combined with business acumen
- Strong communication skills in English
- Middle East experience and Arabic language skills are not required
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh is a pre-requisite
