Responsibilities:
Operation and maintenance of swimming pools, pumps, filters, dosing units, and related equipment
Monitoring and maintaining water quality as per safety standards
Troubleshooting and repair of pool equipment and systems
Supervising pool maintenance staff and coordinating daily activities
Supporting swimming pool construction, installation, and commissioning works
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in swimming pool maintenance/supervision
Strong technical knowledge of swimming pool
construction and related equipment
(pumps, filters, dosing systems, control panels, etc.)
Ability to identify, operate, and maintain pool equipment efficiently
Strong
decision-making skills
and ability to work independently
Self-sufficient
with the capability to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
Ability to lead and supervise a team
Good communication and organizational skills
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
