Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is an advantage).
Proven experience as a Swimming Pool Technician, Pool Maintenance Worker, or similar role.
Ability to repair, install, and maintain pool equipment.
Quick troubleshooting of leaks, blockages, or equipment failure.
Understanding of pool safety standards, handling chemicals safely, and using protective equipment.
Strong communication skills to explain maintenance issues and solutions to clients.
Ability to manage multiple service visits, maintain logs, and prepare reports.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in swimming pool maintenance, repair, and operation.
High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP), or specialized Swimming Pool Maintenance & Operations training (preferred).
Strong knowledge of swimming pool systems (filtration, circulation, heating, chlorination, and dosing).
Ability to diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, motors, filters, heaters, lights, timers).
Knowledge of plumbing and minor electrical troubleshooting related to pools.
Familiarity with different pool finishes (tiles, liners, fiberglass, concrete) and their maintenance needs.
Valid UAE driving license
