Swimming Pool Technician
to ensure the proper maintenance, operation, and safety of pools across our managed facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of swimming pools, including water testing and chemical treatment.
Monitor and maintain appropriate water levels, temperature, and chemical balance (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.).
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to pool filtration systems, pumps, heaters, and other related equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, filters, skimmers, and drains.
Perform minor repairs on pool equipment and coordinate with vendors for major repairs when needed.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any issues to the property manager.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Pool Technician, preferably within real estate or facility management.
Strong knowledge of pool chemicals, maintenance procedures, and pool equipment.
Technical/vocational certification in pool maintenance or relevant field preferred.
Ability to work independently and respond to emergency maintenance calls.
Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is an advantage.
UAE driving license is a plus.
