Job Description

Responsibilities:

Swimming Pool Supervision & Maintenance:

Operate and maintain swimming pools, filtration systems, dosing units, and related equipment Monitor and maintain water quality in accordance with health and safety standards (pH, chlorine levels, etc.) Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, motors, filters, and control panels Supervise and coordinate activities of pool maintenance staff or contractors Ensure regular cleaning of pool areas, tiles, drains, and surrounding facilities Support pool construction, renovation, installation, and commissioning projects when required Maintain detailed service logs and reports for all pool-related activities Ensure adherence to company and municipal health and safety regulations

Driving Duties:

Transport equipment, materials, or personnel to and from project sites or client locations Maintain the cleanliness and routine servicing of assigned company vehicle(s) Ensure safe driving practices and compliance with all traffic laws Assist in procurement runs and delivery of pool chemicals or spare parts as needed

Requirements:

3-5 years of proven experience in swimming pool maintenance or supervision Strong technical knowledge of swimming pool systems and water treatment processes Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to independently operate and maintain pool systems and diagnose issues Experience in leading a small team or supervising maintenance staff Self-driven with strong time management and problem-solving skills Good communication and organizational skills Basic mechanical or electrical skills related to pumps and motors
